I am experienced with Lean Startup and Rapid Experimentation methodologies. This technique is geared to creating new and innovative products and services by learning from customers and understanding what they find important and necessary. The approach is one of the most effective ways to identify a customer “delighter” before the producing a new and unproven product.

Quality

I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and have broad and deep application experience of the tools and methods for driving quality into the business process to deliver quality results.

Process

All work is a process. The challenge can be whether it is a repeatable and sustainable process. I have improved simple and complex processes to deliver consistent quality. I have designed and developed new workflows to meet stakeholder requirements and established measurement systems to monitor and react if the process needs to be modified for a changing environment.

Strategy

I am experienced in developing quality-focused strategies to deliver stronger results for all stakeholders.  I do this by balancing objectives against measurable expectations and creating a roadmap using the WorkSimple approach.

I am experienced in structuring functions around required work as part of a quality-focused organization.

Training and Coaching

I am experienced with training and coaching with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies for green belt and black belt candidates, as well as functional leaders. I have coached senior leaders to apply concepts to managing their operation and using data to support their judgment and decisions to improve business results.

Leadership Development

I have created methods to improve the leadership bench of an organization. From leadership concepts to demonstrating business acumen, I have established groups of future leaders and enhanced the skills of new and seasoned leaders.

Business Analytics

I have experience in determining and developing business analytics and key performance indicators. I have created measurement systems and dashboards for various levels of an organization to include line-of-sight from individual contributor metrics to corporate level measurements.
