There are so many different model-of-the-moment approaches to business that it is a challenge to determine which is the best approach for your business. They all strive to deliver the same result: do more with fewer resources for more substantial gains. Statistician George E. P. Box quoted, “all models are wrong, but some are useful.” I have learned that in business, there are a variety of useful applications that can deliver results, but there isn’t one single methodology that works for all areas of business.
I have found that at the core, they all have similarities and can help improve business performance. Some can be complex and overwhelming, and some are not powerful enough to provide any real, substantial, sustainable results. I have found that there is an approach that can apply the right approach to a business, based on requirements and resources. I refer to this as WorkSimple.
This approach has become my passion. I have focused my career on improving results by applying the right tools at the right time to continuously improve results.
